About this Design

This image features two colorfully illustrated skulls with hypnotic, swirling eyes placed over a vintage-style TV test pattern. The background consists of vertical bars in different colors, reminiscent of old television broadcasts. Beneath the skulls, the text 'PLEASE STAND BY' is written in white capital letters, adding a nostalgic and slightly eerie touch.
