Hand-drawn illustration of a sun bear. I made this drawing using fine ink pens on Bristol board. Sun bears (Helarctos malayanus) are found in tropical forest areas of Southeast Asia. These are the smallest bear species and have short sleek back fur with a cream on their chests which is how they got their name, and a light brown nose.
