About this Design

The image shows a cartoon-style frog lying on its belly with one eye half-open. The frog is holding a cigarette in one hand and has a slightly dazed expression. In front of the frog is a pink mug with a white liquid dripping over the edge. Above the frog's head are two floating smoke rings. Below the frog, there is the text 'NOT TOADAY' written in uppercase letters.
