About this Design

The image features a vertical stack of words each written in bold, colorful capital letters. These words, representing positive values, are: 'KINDNESS', 'PEACE', 'EQUALITY', 'LOVE', 'JUSTICE', 'HOPE', 'FAIRNESS', 'PRIDE'. Each word is a different color, creating a rainbow effect: pink, red, orange, yellow, green, teal, blue, and purple respectively.

Gilbert Baker originally designed the Pride Flag with eight colors, although we are more familiar with the six-color version. I was inspired by his palette and used it to call out what all people living on the rainbow want. It's a simple list, but it inspires me to act every day.
