threadless.mom Shipping Policy

Every Threadless product is printed just for you when you order, so please allow time for both production and shipping.

1. Production Time

• Printing and packing usually takes 2 to 5 business days, and can take longer during big sales and promotions.
• You'll see the current estimate at checkout and in your order confirmation email.

2. Where We Ship From

• Your items are printed at our print locations in the US. Orders to Europe and the UK are printed in Europe where possible.
• If your order has different products, it may arrive in more than one package, shipped at different times. You only pay one combined shipping charge, and you'll get a tracking email for each package.

3. Where We Ship To

We ship to almost every country. If your country is in the list at checkout, we ship there.

4. Shipping Cost

• Shipping is calculated at checkout from the weight of your items, the shipping method and your address. Enter your address at checkout to see every method and its price before you pay.
• Discounted shipping:
  • US orders over $99: $5 Postal shipping per shipment.
  • International orders, including Europe and the UK, over $150: $15 Standard shipping per shipment.
• Some products are not eligible for discounted shipping.

5. Delivery Times

Transit times start once your order ships and are in business days, not counting weekends and holidays.

US Orders

• Postal: 2 to 5 days
• Fast (Ground): 1 to 5 days
• Faster (2 Day): 2 days
• Fastest (Next Day): 1 day

Orders Outside the US

• Standard: 2 to 3 weeks
• Standard Plus (select countries): 1 to 2 weeks
• Express (certain items): 4 to 10 days

International Standard orders travel with DHL eCommerce and are delivered by your national postal service. Customs checks or local delays can occasionally stretch delivery to 5 weeks.

6. Customs, Duties and Taxes

International orders may be charged customs fees, import duties or taxes by your country. These are set and collected by your government, not Threadless. Your local customs office can tell you what to expect.

7. Shipping Address

Please check your shipping address at checkout. We can update it until your order goes into production; after that it can't be changed.

8. Lost, Late or Damaged Packages

If your package hasn't arrived, arrives damaged, or something is missing, email help@threadless.mom or reply to your shipping email within 60 days and we'll sort it out under our Happiness Guarantee.
